Your resume contains personal information — we treat it accordingly. This is a short, honest summary of what happens with your data.
What we store
Your account (email, name), your credit balance, and the generations you create, so you can revisit them in your history.
What we process
Your resume text and the job descriptions you provide, sent securely to our AI provider solely to generate your documents. We do not use your documents to train models. To improve the product we measure usage with Vercel Analytics and PostHog: pages visited, clicks, and session recordings with every field masked and without the content of your resume or documents.
What runs in your browser
OCR for scanned PDFs runs in your browser. Digital PDFs are sent to our server only to extract the text; we do not keep the file. Your resume may stay in this browser’s storage for up to 30 days for your next posting. Generated documents live in your account history, which you can delete.
What we never do
We never sell or rent your personal data. It is only processed by the providers that run the service (AI, hosting, analytics, and payments). Payments are handled by Whop — we never see or store your card details.
Your rights
You can delete any saved generation from your history at any time or permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from Account Settings.
